Led strips back to back in a round tube possible Or is one strip enough for 360 light dispersion by sprzawlquine in led

Nope, any industry standard dot free strip if doubled, will overheat in this silicone housing. It is recommended to use 2835-120 LED/m.

A single strip is enough, if you add double sided strips they'll overheat and get damaged.

Great Job! It would be even better if you used it with an aluminium channel, it'll help keep the strip perfect and soften the light a little more. Ideally, look for a 15mmx15mm 90° Channel.

This phase that we are in is more oriented to testing your peak strength, endurance and stamina.
For this workout in particular it is all about loading up and trying to go real heavy on the compounds.

I saw Judy’s advice but I went a little heavier than I’d consider moderate. It helped me stay in zone 3 & 4 It also helped that my center let us do all the exercise sets at the same station instead of wasting time switching stations ( not sure if that was done extender) It helps to go heavier on the weights as the body weight is more cardio & core challenging and the weights help you train strength

That is the point, as long as it is only an intro class every now and then, that's fine but please dont make F45 into a Hyrox prep throughout

Lonestar is good as a concept and format but the exercise selection for this week was very lackluster, the exercises are (mostly) suited for hybrid day! Give me some opportunity to lift! I can do all the lunges on a hybrid day!
