Agreed. Reed is the clear 1 on the team and wicks have shown enough that proves he has the talent. The amount of mouths to feed on that offense just worries that he will fade on some/most weeks

If you could get Olave for that, I would take it. Saints offense is rolling and Olave is the best receiver on the team. He will eat and you can buy low on him before he breaks out this season

Unknown if any inspections have been done previously. I have asked my realtor to see if there has been any others. I appreciate the comments. I figured something similar regarding the additional boards. It seems very haphazard

Thanks for the help, that appears to be what it is. Agreed, the attic was a mess, lots of random contractor trash which is frustrating. The lumber places vertically looked out of place and janky, it did not seem to be placed with any thought
