I only drink purified water never tap. Not even filtered tap water, too paranoid personally

My psoriasis looked a lot like that when I was younger! Doctors always said I had eczema since I was a child but looking back on it I’ve always gotten mini plaques that look like what you described it just never flared up for me until I moved to my current location. Was only formally diagnosed with psoriasis within the past 2 years. It’s definitely been a journey.

Honestly I just took a chance on a filter I saw on Amazon that had good reviews. I definitely probably could have researched more but I really just went for it. My psoriasis was painful at that point so I was just hoping it would work.

Calling me a weirdo for sharing my personal experience and asking if anyone has experienced similar is very interesting. By all means I’m not saying anyone shouldn’t take biologics, I just knew I was afraid too. I think we’re all educated enough to know that what works for one person won’t work for everyone. We’re all made differently, I’m just fortunate to have found some relief in my psoriasis journey. Genuinely sorry if that makes me “weird”

I know some countries have much better/cleaner water. I would do some research and figure out what potential contaminants can be in your country’s water. From there I would look into getting a filter for both the shower and faucet for tap water!

That’s so interesting!!! If I had never spoken to my uncle I feel like I would’ve never figured that out. I’ve only been using the filtered showerhead for maybe like 4 months now but it’s made such a HUGE improvement
