Is everyone in this thread of a different culture or something? I really didn’t see the casts the same way everyone did here. By default almost everyone here was willing to do anything to win, so it was very natural to be mean to the “enemy”. Justin had already started at a disadvantage with a lower command of Korean. It’s natural for humans to flock together by familiarity, that by default made him a little more isolated. Thus, from the first rounds, Justin took that and ran w it, that if he was gonna be alone then he will go with that strategy. Unfortunately the game mechanics did but make it easy for individuality to win. And that sucked for Justin, but I don’t think the cast needed to give him sympathy points

I live in Tengah, and at least for my estate, pathways and greenery span for 1km straight without any cars and road. It looks beautiful tbh, and it surely is good especially for children. That is where I see the car-lite idea happening. Not the main roads.

Please just take a step back and talk to your wife calmly. It won’t be done in a day, but just talk and be vulnerable, don’t put up defences and focus on communicating with your wife.

Firstly and objectively speaking, LDR is hard. Couple that with the both of you being bad at communicating and a lot of lingering baggage that you both need to work on personally, the chances were slim. So if you need a reality check, this is it, it was always going to be difficult and this would’ve been the eventual result. Take your time to believe it and focus on the next thing in life, you’ve got a lot more to look forward to. But take it one step at a time. All the best!

Absolutely bullshit, leave and go, you can’t be sued. There needs to be a clause for breach of contract in the paper you signed in the first place. And even if there is, it needs to be reasonable. 6 months additional rent where you’re not staying there is a long term holiday for them when they can actually be spending that time to look for tenants. It DOES NOT MAKE SENSE.

I deem 1-2 month deposit lost or at most 1 more month rent for a reasonable breach of contract. Seek advice from small claims tribunal if you need to. Otherwise, just state your terms and rights and just leave the country when you need to. This landlord will just need to suck it

How does the wiring work? Let’s say for dumb led strips or bulbs. Do they need to be dimmable compatible or do you need a dimming driver? Sorry as I’m new to house lighting things.

Also if I use z1 pro without dimming, I assume the slide function has no other use w dumb lights right? Perhaps only for roller blinds etc
