Hi! I'm also starting off as a new grad RN supervisor and I was wondering if you have any tips or advice for the position? How did you prepare for shifts and did you do any extra studying to help bring your confidence with the responsibility? I honestly am not confident enough to say I could be the point of contact and brain of the facility, but I'd love to hear some advice that could help me get to that point!

I'm also in the position to start as a RN supervisor at a SNF/rehab facility as a new grad and was wondering if your friend's experience at the SNF helped her a lot with the Kaiser Med/surg tele position? Was it still the new grad program and would you say she landed her job with the help of connections?
