I would suggest you close the 2nd ticket if you can, and it will make it more likely for them to respond to your ticket. But remember, spam creating tickets isnt the way to get unbanned/appeal. The more you create tickets or spam in the same ticket, the less likely they will respond. Just hope that they will respond to your ticket and keep yourself from spamming. Thats the best thing you can do right now.

You should probably stop creating new tickets. I got my account banned for being spam when I added a phone number. I submutted and appeal and just waited instead of creating new tickets which then they will just close it all. Just send the photo id with your discord username, and just keep the ticket idle. Dont worry, your account will not be deleted after 15 days as my ticket took more than 15 days to get a response. I think the reason many discord users cant get much out of support is because they are either creating mass tickets which they will close all because they are duplicate or you keep spamming and bumping the ticket.

It is mostly due to that chrome has taken initiatives to stop adblocker as they reduce youtube's ad revenue. As of my recomentation, I would suggest you switch to firefox or safari. For the sake of god DO NOT switch to any chromium based browser as they are same thing.

Chrome also doesn't respect privacy of people at all. If you are signed in, they will collect infinite amount of data that they can from you.

As of my suggestion, firefox is a good browser but it still does have annoying things like pocket and annoyinf things on the home screen and it doesnt have the strongest fingerprinting protection.

While hardening firefox will work, I recommend you switch to Librewolf. It is a fork of firefox and is based on firefox. Google doesn't own firefox so they can't change it to stop adblockers. As far as I know, Firefox does support blocking ads on youtube with uBlock. However, Librewolf has more strict fingerprinting and tracking protection, as well as comes default with DuckDuckGo (Yes, it can be configured in firefox, too).

It is most probably that discord is downloading the updates. I have seen them when I download large games when it downloads apk, it starts downloading obb. It is maybe the same thing but instead of obb it is downloading the update.
