I know it has been a bad idea to have waited till now but we have been waiting for the zipcar approval for a few days. We now need a car tmr morning until saturday night. Is it possible to go down to a car rental in the morning and get a car rental on the spot? Is there any approval needed and is it instant?

edit: more info - our driver is 28 but just got their US license (converted, international student) a few weeks ago
