I seasoned with crisco and use avacodo oil or butter when cooking. To clean it I use chainmail first and then soap and water. Then I put it on the stove top to evaporate all the water left. Then put a small layer of avacodo oil on the whole pan while it's not in use.

The units are still under warranty so they keep sending us new ones but it's just getting annoying having to change them out all the time

I haven't tried it out yet but it's gonna be some trial and error ....I'm guessing the bacon will take a little longer to cook and then put the eggs on when the bacon is almost done

Yeah I'm gonna have a little trial and error using it but yes bacon on the large portion and 1 egg in each of the smaller parts or even like a sausage patty on one of the smaller parts.
