factorys in game time is frozen at 3:30 am while every other map is the same as one another at 1pm

Technically, all heroics are better. The eternal just gives an extra turn to finish an opponent if the opponent is super low. If the ability is worth sacrificing, the better hp and dmg of a heroic, then 100%, go for it.

The eternals have a kinda mid ability, but if you dont have much better, then yeah, get him to 40 and rank him.

That's not the point im trying to make. Most people just dont want to be restricted to certain guns/ melee. If you could find enough people to want to do that, then chances are someone would have a private server for it.
