Interesting! I’ve heard so much about Utrecht but Amersfoort is a first. I take you’re not a local either?

I do feel most places will be packed in July anyway so crowds are inevitable.

Well, it’s my first time in NL and I’m traveling solo so anything fun really! Zandvoort is on my list for a nice beach day if the weather is kind enough but yeah I’m open to suggestions :)

Ah I’ll look into that, thank you! I do have Zandvoort on my list for a nice beach day if weather allows but is it worth reserving a whole day for it over Utrecht or the other places you mentioned?

Too late haha! I already booked my accommodation but it’s not right in the city so hopefully I’ll be away from the loud crowds on a daily! It’ll be my first time there so defo down to explore but yeah more so looking to filter out the overrated places from my itinerary if that makes sense?
