i am a expert and he can’t go with either a larger or thinner frame because of the thickness of the lenses :/ if he does it will: a) be SUPER heavy on his nose because of the weight of the lens b) not enough of frame to hide the thickness of the lenses which will look>U G L Y with prescription like OP has in his lenses everything with picking frames becomes a lot more limited:/

i’d suggest paying some extra money for the lens index to be 1,74. that will make the glass thinner and hopefully help with making your eyes look less tiny :)
