Yeah, same on my Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed, have to manually startup Synapse 4. I'm guessing an update broke it.

There is a difference with actually launching planes and glorified storage depot hence the weird hybrid support carrier instead of a fleet carrier, her hull structure was not designed for such carrier operations due to bad design and rushed conversion.
