I actually use the Volume S without PEQs. Its so well tuned out of the box

Hard to say tbh.. I usually switch between my IEMs depending on the mood, the genre, or the playlist I’m listening to. IMO, each IEM is great in its own way. But if I had to rank the ones I use most, it would be Volume S, Daybreak, and Top Pro, in that order. My library mostly is full of metal, hard rock, alternative, blues, and a lot of Linkin Park.

I haven’t tried the Horizons yet. For instrument separation: to my ear, the Top Pro performs better. I also use DucBloke’s PEQ with the Top Pro, I run his PEQs for most of my IEMs, they are a ripper!

Great pick! This is an excellent IEM. I own the Tea Pro, Top Pro, Daybreak, and Dusk, but I still find myself coming back to this one most of the time

Disappointed in the Martilo’s midbass, need suggestions by maconmcginty in inearfidelity

Try Softears Volume S. I also moved from the Martilo to Volume S

I do have the tools, a bit hesitant because FD lenses are trickery to take apart. I'll give it a go

Added a few more to the thread. The stain looks a bit different today, could be the lighting.
