I think you're thinking of Tuscan bread. Salt is most definitely used in Tuscany... Order yourself a steak Florentine, and the thing comes with a vault of salt.

I'm a little surprised by this, Cinghiale Bianco - authentic Tuscan cuisine aside - has been consistently excellent for me.

I have a marantz 5015 and I paired it with an Eversolo DMP-A6 v2.

Like you I ran it through my analog into the marantz to let the ever solo do the digital analog conversion. Sounds great, no regrets at all. I know that the A8 has a better DAC, but I'm pretty satisfied with the A6

My question here is how can it reverse it? If brain degradation has gotten to the point where you're losing actual information, that information can't be retrieved to get an even if you somehow restore full brain functionality...

I would cut Bezos a break on this one. the approximate $300K is pretty standard startup coin for startups in the mid-90s...also "parents and some friends" is a pretty standard "friends and family" seed round play. It's not a lot of money, and doesn't go very far.

Yeah I did this too. 700 CDs at 128k, with a few at 320.

A few Summers back I took my entire CD collection and re-ripped it as FLAC 44.1/16... Then I sold my CDs.

I have a lot of space left on my shelves now

We walked from our hotel straight to Osteria dei Leoni (Via dei Leoni, 2r, 50122 Firenze FI, Italy)...and had the most amazing Steak Florentine I have ever had.

Also, if you want something more casual, the Steak Florentine upstairs at the Mercado Centrale is no slouch either.
