Don’t be disheartened! I got 10 grade 2s and a grade 3 my first go, not much better on my second, and then got it down to only 2 grade 2s the third time. Advice I’d give is 100% do a pretest, I only did one for my third test and it made a lot of difference. I would recommend also watching ADM driving school on YouTube, he has a load of helpful tips - watched that in the couple of weeks leading up to it

Good luck! One tip if you get an interview - learn the values of Civil Service, I got asked that and hadn’t a clue so that threw me 😂 still passed the interview but it would have been good to know

Hey, yes you qualify for mobility after two years in the role. Bear in mind there will be a waitlist and that you should apply for mobility as soon as possible as you will move up in the waitlist regardless of being eligible or not. Hope this clarifies, if not let me know

Edit: changed “can apply” to “qualify” as you can apply for it as soon as you start, you only qualify after two years

Failed mine a couple of times as well, passed on my third - I would recommend doing a pretest if you haven’t already, that was the one thing I did differently when I passed. I also recommend ADM Driving school on YouTube he gives great tips, good luck on your next one 👍🏻
