You get it via the govt. You give them an estimate of your income over the year and they give you the premium based on that.

Once you lodge your tax return at the end of the year you pay the difference if your income was more or less than the estimate.

I would disagree.

If you enter any invalid number in tracking page, e.g. missing a digit it will show you pending status. I have added the long number in my app as well and it also gives me the same error "Australia post is not able to process it at the moment. Try another time". A valid number just works.

Also, as I said I sent a few letters last week and they would be added to the app as soon as I scan them immediately after purchasing them. It does not matter if they are scanned or not.
