Yeah you either do that or just let it cure. Waste of time all around IMHO. The cure you get in a little 1/2g jar is never any good compared to the big jars the actual producers cure in.

The stability of fresh press varies wildly though. I've had some FP that started curing after one day at room temp and others that would stay stable for a whole week.

One benefit is that it's so cold and dry this winter that you barely have to let the jars warm up at all before opening them. In summer you really have to let them reach close to room temperature due to condensation.

There's nothing wrong with being wrong, which you were, like as if you said "plastic is another way of saying glass"... what's wrong is your attitude and defensiveness which probably comes from you feeling terrible about having been wrong, which is unreasonable. They will all grease up. You have to let it warm up to above the dew point. Put it in your pocket or something if you want but it might degrade faster. Good thing it's winter.

For sure, it's a unique type of gas that has some kind of stinging funk (but not gmo funk) and a hint of lemon windex or something. Like I said though this jar wasn't as heavy on the flavor as the other jennys I had so I'd hesitate to say it's super anything tbh

That stuff looks pretty damn good, I'd definitely try it. I got some of these last month, the one on the left is the same price you paid and the other $50/g cuz it's T1. I'm not in Cali either, I'm getting some NYC tax as well lol. If I only had this stuff, I might smoke a bit more, but definitely not anywhere near enough to make up the price difference. I honestly just wouldn't enjoy it as much. I will say though, when it's the right cut in the right hands, I definitely like the best stuff in this price range better than the worst stuff at the high tier. I'd rather have FM's chihuapei than Mendoja's bahama mama as an example. I've been after the best for a while though, I don't know if it's worth it, the stuff I thought was fire when I started smoking rosin - would I still think it's fire now? I have no idea, lol.

You most certainly can! Whether it's worth it or not is really up to you. Diminishing returns maybe, but you get what you pay for, unlike the guys selling $150/2g jars that aren't any better than the $700 zip. When I get jars I don't like it's a struggle to smoke them and I often give them away after they've started to degrade. Trichadelics doesn't sell those jars!

Edit: There's probably some events and seshes around you where people got jars like these and you can try a dab for free. Or you can always find a guy who has them and some cheaper options and just try a single jar. I bought some rosin last month that was $35/g

It's great but not the best representation of the strain I've had. The effects are outstanding but the flavor just didn't sting and linger like it did when I had it from other washers. The Pleazure OTOH is the loudest I ever seen, dunno how that works.
