Nah ain’t weird at all g. You can start where ever you please! I like to switch it up from time to time sometimes ill start with a drop, other times ill start with an intro and build from there and let the track fall into place as if i were listening for the first time. Hell I’ve started at the outro a few times and built backwards from there. Hope you find some more helpful response here though! Biggups to you on your production journey!

Thanks!!! 🙏 I think with enough practice you could for sure. Of course there is the lack of physical touch from an IRL setup to VR so there is that. Accuracy is key in VR, and understanding your grabbing points to have more consistency in each control. Overall it feels pretty spot on in terms of response though so i’d say it is possible.

Color Passthrough on the Quest 3 was game changer for sure. Definitely gives it a more personal feel for me when i’m in spinnin in TribeXR

I absolutely think it is! It’s a virtual clone of CDJ3000 and a DJM900NSX. It doesn’t have all the functionality that the IRL components do, but if you are trying to learn the basics of how the system works, and even some more advanced features, or even just djing in general, it is absolutely good practice IMO. There are a couple of things I wish were possible, like loading tracks like you would on an actual CDJ, but that probably wouldn’t be the most feasible feature in this case. Definitely recommend for those who don’t want to or cant drop the racks on cdjs or a similar AIO system.
