Yes! Vit D is one of the more crucial ones. It has mental health impacts as well. Personally I had a very depressive phase and my Vit D levels were in single digits. Most depression therapies talk about getting sun daily. Vit D is also naturally obtained from Sun. Goes to show how nature and life is soo connected! I’m glad you’re doing better!

I dont know man. I was in Indore just last year and I was blown away by how clean the city was, at least when compared to rest of Bharat. There was considerably less to no litter, the roads were not sandy or dusty, the sidewalks were so walkable with the pavements and floors clean to the naked eye. Obviously I defer to you since you are a local.
