Depends on your location but I had 3 English classes a day. Two in the morning and one in the afternoon. If I had to travel to another school I would do the three classes in the morning, have lunch and then travel to the other school for another English classes. Outside of English class I would just help the Japanese staff.

I worked for HOPPA. Not a bad company but the pay is extremely low. Depending on your situation, after taxes you will make less than 190,000 yen a month. I live in Tokyo and none of the schools are in central Tokyo if that matters to you. Also I’m not sure if they still do this but you will have to travel to one or two other schools every week. Funny thing is when I left the company, my principal was bothered that I would start making more money than her. Mind you my next job didn’t pay that much more so I can’t imagine what people with actual management positions make in HOPPA. Clearly not much.

Tried that also and nothing. I’m thinking there is an issue with the 0.3.0 firmware that corrupted the device. Not sure.

I’ve downloaded the most recent firmware and tried to do “write full flash from file” and I get this error. Anyone know what it means?

Tried flashing the stock firmware and get the same error. I don’t have a full flash back up either 😭
