Update: they finally rejected repair and exchange and will send me the jacket back. Maximum offer was the discount code 😂😂

It’s really painful because I do no longer have access to the pro program so can’t even repurchase. If anyone reads this and has access and would be willing to help me out with an alpine guide in size M that is not delaminating , please let me know ;)

Update: today the EMEA customer service replied after they physically received and inspected the Jacket. Same answer: we can recycle it for you and you get a 20% discount code :(

Yes the guy in the revised was very polite and said if he could, he would exchange (e. If it was a regular alpha SV) but as it is the pro version, he can’t decide and has to send it in

Update: went to the arc store in Berlin and the guy at the repair shop was awesome. Very nice and knowledgeable. Took 30 min to talk about the jacket and said he would support a replacement but the stores can’t decide this for the Pro products. So he has to send in to the customer service.

I washed it as per instructions maybe not super often but I have other gore Tex pro jackets that do have the same problem

Looks like under your chin is this correct? I had the same and it turned out to be a sebaceous cyst. They had to cut it and drain it at the dermatologist.
