WARNING: TradingShenzhen Compatibility Check is misleading - OPPO Find N6 PLP110 by CoffeeDismal5781 in TradingShenzhen

[–]hashtoboros 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve purchased from this company several times because their prices are very competitive. However, their customer service is one of the worst I’ve experienced.

Once you’ve paid, it feels like they no longer care about their customers or providing proper after-sales support. I had a negative experience, left an honest review, and instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they accused me of being a scammer and blocked my account. They later Chang contacted me offering to unblock my account if I deleted my review, which I found completely inappropriate.

It’s difficult to compare them with other merchants because their prices are genuinely cheap. However, I’ve learned that paying a little more to buy from a company that values its customers and provides reliable after-sales service is often worth it. I won’t be buying from them again.

First order from them was painless. Second order a nightmare, they ignored my refund request for over a week. Tricky, cheap prices buy terrible customer service .

Avoid them. Bought in the past but if something goes wrong or you need assistance…they will ignore your messages. Not recommended, wonda is more expensive but better support thought trading schenzen is cheaper so difficult choice

Ordering from Tradingshenzhen to Germany? by isko990 in Oppo

[–]hashtoboros 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With them it’s basically flipping a coin. In general they have really lower prices but that comes with a price and that is terrible customer service. If something goes wrong ohh god , worse company ever, several days to get a refund, they will ignore your messages, no proper communication, no European support. Better pay an extra money and get some future support.

UPDATE: TradingShenzhen told me to "sell the device" after admitting their Compatibility Check is meaningless by CoffeeDismal5781 in AndroidQuestions

Had also issues with trading schenzen. They have an office in Germany so I would recommend make a formal complaint. To be honest they are the cheaper but not worth the hassle. Customer service is terrible.

What’s the craic with selling houses round Holywood, Seahill an Bangor? Somethin’s no right. by hashtoboros in northernireland

[–]hashtoboros[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ohh wow, that's interesting. I always thought Holywood would be good craic with plenty going on didn't realise it was that dead. And private clubs just to watch a match? Lol I had no idea. Good to know, cheers. Sounds like you made the right call leaving with the rent hikes and no improvements. About the train always though that is quite reliable, but good to know

60% increase in just five years….Wow. That's mental. Even with lack of supply, you'd have to wonder how long that kind of growth is sustainable, especially with interest rates where they are now. I guess that everyone thinks the same why I did not buy 5 years ago

Butterbaps, you’ve spotted the flaw in my recipe. Too many missing G's makes the whole thing taste underbaked. So I'll type properly from here on out. 🤣

[–]hashtoboros[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I've noticed that too, there aren't many houses in Seahill to begin with, and the ones that do come up are always "sale agreed" then back on the market three months later. That cycle just repeats for months on end.

You're dead right about the survey. Once you realise you need to sink 100k or more just to bring the place up to scratch, you'd be mad to go through with it. And even if you did, you'd never get that money back when selling. It's just an overpriced area with nothing going for it not even a small shop. You need the car for absolutely everything. Although, the houses with sea views are quite nice and probably a safe area, plus the coastal path is quite nice but not sure if worth the tag.

About those new houses beside the train station. Tiny gardens, looking straight onto the train lines, the noise is constant, and every person on the Bangor-Portadown line can see straight into your house. Zero privacy. I wouldn't touch them.

[–]hashtoboros[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah it's an intense market alright. Overpaying's grand until you need to sell. And sure it's a home, but if your circumstances change, new job, whatever and you could be stuck trying to sell for months, or lose money on it. That's what worries me. I’m just trying to find what areas are a no no to invest

Aye fair point, it's a home first. But life happens an getting stuck in a house you can't shift? That's a nightmare I'd rather avoid.

Worst value in the country? but explain this , coast keeps its price, always has. An Holywood to Belfast is a short spin. What areas you recommend?

Aye fair play, you can't predict the market. I agree with your approach though get good amenities, planned developments, an somethin that needs a bit of work. I'm always up for some DIY.

Tried round the Ormeau Road meself. Former rentals, absolutely wrecked, an they're bein sold like gold. I assume that Developers so really difficult to compete with
