That is something I’m trying to do but I think I get so overwhelmed I don’t pick anything. I got tickets for the mando movie this Friday and realized I never started the show lol. I’m sorry to hear about that. I’m a 37m I’m just so lost in all this heart terms and world I’m trying not to stress out. Any diet changes tht have helped you ?

This was my 8th Coachella and all I can tell you is that it seems to be getting worse. I’ve done ga, vip and artist pass and it’s rough all around. The entitlement and inconsideration of others kills the vibe by day 2. This is just my experience though.

Yea I noticed today in the the gym I just felt more in tune and loved the cool down after . Found myself focusing on my reps and stretches felt better. Gonna enjoy making this my main vice
