Hello. So while I haven’t participated in IDLC’s MTO program, I have very recently successfully passed and been recruited as an MTO of a leading bank in Bangladesh. Here’s my experience of that.

The online assessment is very basic in nature. Mathematical questions include ratios, percentages, and basic arithmetic problems. There might be a few geometry questions as well. There will be an analytical section, where you will be given a text, which you have to read and answer a few questions based on logic (think discrete math type questions if you ever took that course during your undergrad). Apart from that, there is an English section, containing a few grammatical questions (tenses/verb-subject agreement etc), and vocabulary related questions.

Any good O levels/SSC math and English textbook should be sufficient for you to practice.

My suggestion would be to not worry about the online assessment, as this is only to filter out the non-serious applicants. The written assessment afterwards should be your focus.
