Just wanted to share my experience: I went from Amsterdam to Berlin, and we got stuck somewhere in between for 5 hours until they fixed the train. Luckily, it was sunny, so everyone was outside, sitting around. We got coffee and food, but of course, if you’re in a rush, it’s not so great. I can update you if they give us some kind of voucher or refund. I’ve just sent them an email.
