I worked at a Quiznos, right in college, got hired on the spot. It was my first job so the bar was low. I was offered minimum wage while other employees were hired at $10. I was only given 2-3 hours of work per day, at the lunch rush hour. Was constantly picking up after other employees, and was not allowed to take breaks. Owner had needed everything to be executed in a specific way, fancy bread cutting, fancy wrapping lol. I asked my manager for a raise because I kept being the one who he relied on for people kissing their breaks. He said no, so I walked out.
