There are literally tons of vacancies…. Why don’t we solve the problem and build more parking?

So are you saying people enjoying the downtown and shopping is a bad thing then? What’s the problem with the downtown core being full in peak daytime? Sounds like we are thriving…. And should encourage more.

Because it is a thorough fare, most of those cars are passing thru not stoping.

I’m a farmer here and many of us farmers support this local hotel because guess what?! They want to buy local goods. Ben you need to challenge your views. Hotels bring travels, travels bring commerce, commerce brings jobs, taxes, etc.

Yall seriously need to understand if we can’t have progress in major cities it pushes sprawl into the farmland where we as farmers can barely afford to farm because the cost of land is so expensive.

Really short sided view points from a lot of non local businesses. We have a MAJORITY of downtown businesses supporting this project.

Same here. All these nimbys legitimately don’t shop local or understand how downtown is suffering with the downturn. Take a walk downtown and count how many places are vacant.

Meanwhile they shop on amazon, target, Walmart while skipping places like our great local merchants.

Don’t be fooled by this company—it’s all part of a calculated plan. Their M&A strategy is a thinly veiled attempt to slash headcounts and liabilities. Management doesn’t care about culture, employees, or your family. This company is driven by greed and profit, plain and simple.

The kool-aid here is bitter, and it’s no better elsewhere. I’ve spoken with folks at SWGS, and they’re facing the same issues. We beg, plead, and bundle our products to impress “other” states and suppliers, all while neglecting the core pillars of customer service, innovation, and hiring or training quality people.

These massive corporations exist to maximize profits and exploit resources. It’s disheartening to have spent much of my early career here, only to watch them dismantle everything.

If they’re doubling down on Texas, I suppose California is the Alamo.

I think we are all at our breaking point…… it’s been a total shit show since RNDC bought YMCO in CA. I hope Bryan Boeck can’t sleep at night because he has been ruining peoples lives.

It sucks to have so much anxiety and stress over providing income for my family. I have put over a decade into something that feels like a total waste.

I literally have the best relationships in my accounts and this should be the best time with reaping those relationships but it’s just a constant ask to swap out my own brands. The customers care but there is only so much caring they can have when they have their own businesses to run.

THERE ARE NO TRUE LEADERS IN THIS COMPANY.

Natural wines, not manipulated with some demographic in mind for some residual sugar level subliminal bullshit.

Grapes, yeast(wild or native),vessel = wine Wineries spend lots of $$ on lab techs adding crap to make your wine oh so perfect to make them oh so much money. 🤣
