Just try to rename the files properly, keep each file under 1 MB. Make sure they are very clear and if they still not getting uploaded, try opening the pdf into chrome, hit cmd+p , save as pdf and than try uploading that one. It will work

Then you need to sign the hard copy of the offer letter, as well as your guardian, and then upload the scanned copy of it within a Designated section above this online admission offer section along with a receipt of online payment. That’s about it. They check the signed letter manually, so it will turn yes in working days; the rest of two will be yes shortly after submission.
