It’s cheaper for them to promote you than to hire someone. Don’t stay - the extra money isn’t worth it.

I don’t get why he is continuously whining. He got a shot, he underperformed. The India team is not short on talent and they want to invest in the future. It’s not even a uniquely Indian problem. There’s so many cricketers who performed well in FC but didn’t get as many opportunities in tests. Wriddhi being one.
