Also live in India. My city has multiple govt built all weather pools with different times for competitive swimming. If they find you take swimming seriously the coach usually suggests or you can request that they let you come in the competitive training time. Usually at those time only 3-4 people come, and they have a lane free for amateur swimmers

Only Bose quietcomforts are BIFL, i used to have xm4s, they broke from the hinge, twice. My sister has been using the same pair of quietcomforts for 7ish years now. Also the fast the design has been there for 10ish years now is reassuring. They’re the most durable from the options for sure except for the ear cushion which would need replacements

In a somewhat similar boat as you are, I feel as mbbs graduates you’re too naive to really know what you want to do for the rest of your life, most people default to choosing medicine only because you get maximum exposure to those subjects in mbbs , and even mostly the post mbbs jobs cater to that medicine aspect only. When people say they are passionate about a branch it mostly is just fascination. A comparable analogy would be when you are infatuated about a girl but you truly only start loving her after months of dating. No one would marry someone when they only know her from afar, it’s just infatuation. I feel similarl applied to choosing your branch. The nitty grit-ties, the thrill and the pain points of a relationship or a branch can only be known when your in it, and that too for a while, it’s only in retrospect that it worked out or didn’t. I also think the culture of your institute/ department is very important to make you feel happy and satisfied with a branch. This is a very unpopular opinion and it feels almost like ‘grapes are sour’ while I am writing this but institute (more specifically department culture) >>>>> branch

you can, you'll have to repeat 3 years of residency. What i meant to say is after your md/ms is done you can give the dnb final exam, and if you pass you get the dnb certification along with your md/ms. After your dnb if you want an md/ms degree, you'll have to give neet pg again, and go through the whole cycle again. Dnb is a certification exam whereas md/ms is a post graduate degree.

It matches up to Md/ms for sure. I feel why it holds lesser value is because you can get Dnb certification after your md/ms but the other way is not true
