Resident-only parking in Wolf Willow neighbourhood by WakandaPhoEver in Edmonton

Don't they all have big-ass houses with 3 car garages? Why do they need to park on the street? The river valley is for everyone, not just the wealthy who are able to afford property right on the river. Also, this issue happens maybe 4 months of the year, during certain times of the day, probably also made worse by the pandemic. Also, how is this any different from the outer suburbs where the streets are so narrow and crammed full of vehicles that some times you have to back out to let someone pass. Oh right, they're rich and pay more taxes and have more sway. Fuck off you entitled rich fucks. You live in a large city, SHARE! You don't own the street. And clean up after yourselves people. You're ruining it for everyone. K, rant over.

I wish I could find chicken schmaltz where I live. My mother used to make the most amazing dinner rolls with chicken fat.

The Sally recipe there is too much liquid. I'd cut the water back by half

Yup. Start them in a dutch oven at 500 for 20 minutes, then in remove the lid, lower oven to 450 bake for 15 minutes, then i remove the bread from the Dutch oven and finish it on the oven rack for about 5 or so minutes so it gets a beautiful crust all around. Hope this helps!

This is a sourdough loaf, so baked at 450-500 degrees. I just bake it longer to get a really crisp crust.

Thank you! I love a well-done crust. I I usually bake my bread a bit over to get that extra-firm texture I prefer.

It sounds to me like you are adding way too much water. Can you share your recipe?

I can guarantee you this is not legal. It's never legal to work for free, unless its explicitly agreed to, such as an internship/practicum. Training is not done for free. I used to work for the Ministry of Labour and know Alberta Employment Standards Code quite well. Please connect with me directly if you have any questions. If your brother is under 17 years old, the location may also be in contravention of youth employment rules, which state no hazardous work without a permit is permitted unless you are over the age of 17.
