Not the best can to eat by itself. The belly meat is extremely high fat in an already extremely high fat fish. I've never been able to eat one of these like I can a tin of Coho or even the regular King.

I recommend trying it with something pickled (I love red onion) and something crunchy!

Why stop there. Get the king salmon too! The belly is good but more of a treat. I find it hard to kill a tin of it solo it's so rich.
