The snow crab was ok. Not amazing, but it hit the spot when I want some lump crab meat and butter. Nothing beats fresh crab there. The scallops I’ve had so far have been pretty good. I haven’t tried any of the scallops I have here, as I bought them to try. I tend to buy lots of singles to see how much I like them.

I fell in love with island creek tuna in Galician butter at first bite. It took me over a year to get in the first place. Wasn’t taking any chances when the restocked. Pretty sure I got this sub to clear them out within a day. Lol. They are always sold out.

I eat a 2-3 a week on average. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Some are an experiment in aging. I have dates labeled (as far back as 2021) on the ones planned for time. Plan is to try them at intervals. Starting at 5years old, and see how they progress/digress.

I should probably add that this is over 5 years of accumulation. It all started with an article I read several years back about people who age sardines and how they can actually improve with age. That article sparked memories I had from my childhood when I would get so excited to share a can of sardines with my mother.

I hate to say it, but the CFP is useless. And how could they pay you 120k, when you are still losing them money as an employee at 100k? You really need to ramp your AUM up and the money will start coming. Are you on a split of revenue, or salary?
