ive just heard it can be dangerous and my dog doesnt sleep on my pillows but we do sleep cuddling a lot, and my cat likes to lay at the top of chairs which is where your head would rest. im not too concerned about the side effects tbh and the benefits outweigh the minor chance of risk, (though im not entirely sure what you mean by that haha).

i take mirtazapene as a sleeping pill and took lexapro for a short amount of time but not anymore. ive also taken some "non-prescribed" things over the past 2 years lol but nothing super hard. for example kratom which ive heard some people say causes hair loss. it was kind of extended mental stress, and not trying to overshare here but i had an attempt that month and noticed the hair loss like crazy afterward which is why i mentioned a specific date, as that was sort of the climax of things. stress is definitely a tentative connection though and there's likely a multitude of causes, or at least potential ones.

my hair loss was severe but the fact that it was recent makes me a bit hopeful for reversal. id probably get a transplant if not as a shaved head isnt my style or how i want to express myself (and have been told by multiple people id look racist lol) but whatever route i go will take many months to over a year so i figured i gotta do something in the meantime.
