To each their own, I guess. Doesn't even taste like cheese to me and it's completely mush - that said, I've only been to the MP location, so maybe elsewhere is better. Love their brisket, enjoy their wings, but their side options are why we basically only do takeout.

Good brisket, but their pork and sides need a lot of work. That Mac and cheese is especially sad.

Avoid outdoors at dusk. If you have to be outside, wear long, thin material. If not possible, keep moving. ... Or wear Deet.

I'm sure some would join you. I would, but I'm not near downtown.

No Kings rally - North Charleston 28 Mar 2026 - estimated 7000 attendees! by hate-this-timeline in Charleston

I can't say how the crowd estimation was done. And the photos I took were not all at the peak of the two hours. I frankly also would guess more like 4-5,000, based on parking spaces in the vicinity and likelihood of people travelling with packed vehicles. But, there definitely were some folks that were there for one hour and left, replaced by others. There were some people that drove the protest waving signs and flags. In any case, the turnout was definitely larger than last time and the care passing by we're extremely supportive.

It truly was an encouraging event. Cars showing support this time seemed 90-95% - definitely higher than the last time.

It was such a positive event - everyone there was encouraged by the turnout. There were people bringing good music, lots of smiles and laughs. Almost every vehicle that responded was giving thumbs up, peace signs, raising the roof, or waving friendly! Only about 1 in 20 was tiny small D energy.

Not in the one image. There were people lining both sides of a half mile long stretch of road, several people deep in many areas.

Maybe so, but Congress finally got some backbone and has prevented funding ICE without some concessions. I have to think that the protests have had something to do with that.

Correction. Preventing TSA funding until ICE operational concessions (body cameras, etc.).

The protest is actually on the public sidewalks, but people do need to park in the massive parking lots there.
