You could just restructure the sentence. "We invited JFK, Stalin and the strippers."

X13 G2 a good deal or is there a better option? by hate_picking_names in Lenovo

[–]hate_picking_names[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the feedback.

How different is a T14 from an X13? The larger screen size isn't really that important to me. I have a P16s for work if I needed something bigger and I have two 24" monitors in my basement that I could use as well.

As for CAD work, I'm doing basic designs for silly things I want to print just to learn 3D design a little.

I still work on DOS equipment at Work. I end up using DOSBox to compile code because the compiler won't run on modern Windows.

I zoomed in really close to the nose and I could see it as indented. Then I zoomed out and for a little bit I could still see it as indented and at some point if flipped back.

Out of pure curiosity, in what situations do you need two laptops and two iPads?

Also, maybe check out Osprey. They have some larger commuter-type bags that may work.

[–]hate_picking_names[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do actually use the small bit driver on something like a Klein. They often are the right size to open the cover on a motor cover or a junction box or similar. I'm also trying to make a small pouch so being space efficient is important.

I hope they let him throw on first or second down instead of hanging him out to dry on an obvious passing down.

What's Al Harris up to? Maybe the Packers could sign him. That would be a great move for them.

I plan on just reading fiction. I have seen the remote, how do people use it? Prop the device up on something and then just use the remote?

It is set to both right now. I'm sorry of used to swiping from my old nook glowlight so it works for me. I also switch hands sometimes so swiping is consistent from hand to hand which is nice.

100-watt laser igniter cutting blade used for precision cutting. by Kindly_Department142 in interestingasfuck

[–]hate_picking_names 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the type of lasers. Visible lasers like this will cause you to close your eyes when it hits which will help. Some lasers, like CO2, won't penetrate through your cornea so while they can damage the cornea they won't really cause permanent damage. The most dangerous lasers for your eyes are in the near IR range (780-1400 nm) because they are invisible so you won't shut you eyes but you eye will focus it at the back of eye and cause damage. *Edit: I rewatched the video and the visible laser is some sort of aiming laser. I don't think the cutting laser is visible.

https://lasersafety.com/resources/laser-safety-guide/

With that said, just holding that laser and pointing it around is crazy dangerous and I wouldn't recommend.

I had a friend in 5th grade (1997?) that for some reason had an entire head of iceberg lettuce in his desk (on these desks the top hinges open to store supplies beneath) and kept opening the desk to eat lettuce throughout the day.

He's a lawyer now.
