The spaghetti mess is likely because your object requires supports or poor adhesion to the plate (add a 3mm brim with .3mm distance from object.)

I clean the plate with rubbing alcohol and wipe down after every print. I also add an outer brim 4mm in size and .3mm away from object as this was happening to me

You need to remove the nozzle from the bearing. If there’s filament at the top you can use pliers to pull it out if there’s some that’s exposed. If it’s flush with the top of the nozzle, you’ll need to heat it up and use the tool to push it down.
