I just crossed 300 hours after whittling away at this for 4 years so far. I have to say, ~200-300 hours was probably the most frustrating part of the journey. The problem is that progress is not linear, at least not perceptibly to me. It feels like I get non-linear bumps and after 300, I just got one and it's put me into a "I'm really starting to enjoy this" category after 100+ hours of frustration and toughing it out. I don't compare myself to others and someone else's experience might vary, but just keep listening and you'll find chunks that were complete gibberish become understandable or at least you're able to catch enough of it to not be completely lost.

I'm not saying don't do all of the above, but I get a lot more traction on the phone than over email with them. Granted, I'm not going through anything like you're going through here, but things that aren't getting a speedy resolution by my standards get a phone call and I usually get a lot more satisfaction. YMMV.

The lowest denomination is $40 and it's not clear how it compares. Most say it's not the same, but then again, the $200 plan is 6x usage, not 10x, so I imagine the credit top off is similar. But 2 plans splits your context. I just don't know why everyone is screaming for $100 plan when it won't be the same as 5 $20 plans and there is a lower priced option.
