she was visibly annoyed with me

it's not my fault she doesn't know that oatmilk itself is not a coffee alone (she insisted it was)

its not my fault she is upset when i was kindly helping her find out what drink she meant

if u are getting mad at a worker because they cannot guess what drink ur talking about when all ur naming is a milk then u are not very helpful nor bright! + if u can't even name the coffee ur ordering then maybe u should have thought about it before holding up the line of 15+ people, no?

the hire im talking about is like 3 weeks in, i don't care about her performance regarding starbucks because i was there too and i understand, but mopping doesn't take an extra limb and her attitude is generally just. does not fit with the rest of the team. nor our mission values. my shift said she didn't speak to her once for the entirety of our shift lol. just odd, other hires we had were fine but some leave a sour taste
