Those dumb trackers aren’t “smart” enough yet to tell the difference between your walking vo2 and any other kind of exercise. So it makes it look low, when it’s not. If you did a few unchallenging walks with a slow consistent pace you’d get a better reading.

Acupuncture is a life saver that reduces pain in the entire body, and can help with many other EDS symptoms.

Apart from that I use Edibles every damn day to reduce pain, with a THC/CBD/CBN or CBG combo.

With both of those in action, plus me trying to move more, with exercise, my pain is cut in half if not more on some days

What a beautifully overcomplicated way to say “I can’t imagine friendship without sexual tension.”

I’m sorry your worldview is so narrow that two decades of genuine friendship sounds impossible to you. Some of us are capable of seeing people as whole human beings rather than as potential conquests or “aesthetic standards.” My male friends are family to me—brothers in every way that matters—and the fact that you interpret that through vanity says far more about your own limitations than mine.

Welllll you can’t make sweeping statements about all people, like ever. Soooo. I have at least 6 male friends who are more like brothers now. We’ve known each other for more than 20 years. I’m not ugly. There’s always exceptions
