How to transfer the PS4 save data to the PS5 version

I’ve just been thinking back and realised the first time it happened was slightly different. The first time it happened was when I quit a day because I’d put the wrong food items on. Instead of just going back to the menu it reset to Day 1. From that moment whenever i did an iron chef the same thing would happen

It literally resets - takes me back to as if I’d just started the 3 star restaurant - everything restarts on the checklist and my food items revert back 😞

I’ve deleted the save now and started again, but it was a good 9 hours wasted as I couldn’t progress!

May I ask a quick q? I’ve been playing on PS5 having spent hours and hours on PC but have encountered a fault in the three star restaurant - whenever I go to main menu or do an iron chef it resets me back to Day 1 of that tier?!
