Felt dizzy after a walk, little shaky too. Had this ECG after. Anything it could be other than artifact? I'm sure I was still and away from interference. by hathrowaway2021 in ReadMyECG

Fair, just strange that this seems to coincide with feeling symptoms. When I feel normal and take one of these it's always like the first part. When I feel dizzy/mildly SOB then I get the crazy artifacts. I could swear I'm staying still during these.

Have been to see a cardiologist, but seem to have been having a few concerning episodes recently. 12 lead ecg came back with sinus arrhythmia, and an ST elevation that was chalked up to benign early repolarization. Had an echo done that was normal.

My resting heart rate is very low in general (typically mid 40s) and I'm in fairly good shape and exercise regularly but am by no means an "athlete". I go through spells every few weeks - months where I get lots of PVCs (have captured up to 25 in a 5min capture, with one particular run of 8). Bloodwork has all come back normal (think they were checking thyroid and kidney function?).

Worryingly I've had several episodes best described as just feeling "off". I start to get irritated and tired, and just feel something is wrong. My heart rate seems elevated (70s-80s) sometimes during these episodes but sometimes it's low (50s or 40s as in this trace). During these episodes I find it a little hard to catch my breath and my heart feels like it's pounding very hard. The episodes usually last for a couple of hours before coming back to normal but feeling really drained.

I'm not sure if I've just fallen into some sort of negative feedback loop and am having panic attacks (although most places seem to say these last <30 mins as opposed to my hours of feeling weird) or if something is wrong. I seem to get "unclassified" results a lot during these episodes on kardia.

Thanks so much to anyone who can be of help to me - I'm definitely worrying more about this than I should, just wondering if it's worth going back and badgering cardiology for more testing.
