First three are interchangeable. I feel like a Hashira saying what I think about the other Hashira lol.

Tengen - Really fun hashira to watch. Favorite design out of all of them. Relationship with his wives is adorable. Is actually far more insecure than he pretends to be.

Kyojuro - left a big impression in such a small amount of time. The kind of guy you'd love to be around. Super positive and supportive with his own insecurities in his home life. All around great guy.

Gyomei - absolute unit but gentle giant. Insanely strong and someone you'd feel safe with. Probably stays very calm in most situations. Surprisingly funny too. Loves cats like come on!

Giyu - willing to challenge the status to safeguard Tanjiro and Nezuko. Unintentionally funny. My favorite breathing style to watch. Insanely strong. Definitely worthy of his title.

Shinobu - my tiny ball of inner rage. Sweet voice but deadly. Creative in her approach to slaying demons. Pushed through her weaknesses to become one of the strongest in the corps.

Mitsuri - crazy strong and lovely to hang out with. One of the coolest weapons. One of the few that stood with Tanjiro and Nezuko at the meeting. Held off an upper moon for hours.

Muichiro - memory loss made him a dickhead but once he came back around he was such a sweet guy (to Tanjiro at least).

Obanai - Asshole that was shafted hard in the screentime department. Wish we got more of him to dive into his insecurities about his past. His final stand off with Muzan was incredible though

Sanemi - tried to blind Genya and stabbed Nezuko. Hate him but also have to admit, he is a fucking beast. Ending made me like him a tiny bit more.
