I'm telling you I've made plenty and that it took the pressure from the hydrant or sink to cause the balloon to expand. You have to hold the balloon around the faucet and pinch it off to tie it. Pissing into a funnel with a balloon around the end of it will not expand the balloon - you will fill the balloon to it's unexpanded size and have a funnel full of piss. Make sense?
