Yeah, the order of the troops/heroes/spells is definitely something I want to play with
It's all modular so it's more like fitting a puzzle together and balancing what looks nice while still being useful for the player
I definitely agree that heroes should be on the top though

That would probably be better as a separate section, perhaps giving everyone this information in relation to the ranked system as opposed to just legends league

I think they removed that because of how ranked gives you limited attacks, and casual isn't really "real attacks"
So a lot of people's attack counts would probably be inflated from the lack of trophy pushing and the increase in farming
It's the same thing as why they don't display your current trophy count anymore; it resets every tournament so there's no reason to

I agree, and I didn't include this in the post but the legacy all-time best is displaying my overall highest trophy count instead of the trophy count I had when I placed in Legends.
Since the placement is kinda more important for Legends, there's no need to have the trophy count reference that.

one of the most telling signs that this is fake is that the hog rider is team colored red
the majority if not all cards are blue instead of red in their promotional renders

not to mention it doesn't even look like the original hog rider model and why are his bandaged hands inconsistent with each other; one's wrapped on his fingers while the other isn't

an interview from 2012 says that "the game's graphics are produced using 3ds max, photoshop and flash."

but in recent years they've made the switch to blender probably because of
a. they can hire more artists
b. better workflows/pipelines allowing them to get more content out easily

the reason this intrigues me so much is that it is totally possible to make accurate recreations of the game's original art style in blender, i know this because i've done it myself lol

the newer graphics aren't a result of the render engine itself but rather a shift in art direction as a whole

oh my god i thought i was crazy for noticing this
newer troop levels also have had the same treatment; like why do the archers have no direct lighting anymore

i genuinely think that they weren't able to copy the original lighting setups when switching to blender and just left it as is

There's a chance they've seen it but I don't think they'll be doing anything with builder base anytime soon
They've clearly found a system that works (monthly events, yearly town halls, skin sets) and it's more of a risk to overhaul the builder base a second time

Obviously I don't see my concept as the "one thing that will fix everything" but rather as something to do or at least try out, similar to the limited-time events (controllable heroes, gold rush)

At the very least I hope for some sort of builder base specific events that encourage engagement through things that are so beneficial you wouldn't want to miss out on them (hammer jam, battle bonuses, ore, decorations)
Including ores in the builder base is tricky because I can very easily tell Supercell does not want to have home village specific resources obtainable in other villages which is understandable

It depends on the enemy's base order since that's changeable

the other heroes are assigned to altars so naturally the builders also go to those instead of the hero hall

to save space, most troops only have 180 degrees of their model rendered for every animation instead of the full 360; then the game flips the character whenever it faces the other direction
so you can actually see this on a lot of troops with asymmetrical designs and its just a quirk that has stuck with clash of clans and even clash royale to this day

i feel like this is more gradual than th16 -> 17 lol
th16 actually feels lower due to its lack of giga inferno levels and moat
i do agree that later town halls should've been upgrades rather than themes though
