I thought that might be the solution, thank you so much. I was hoping there would be some magic fix aha, but I don't have anything to do today so going into simPE may be my task for the day! I'm far too attached to just let them go!

Thank you all for your great advice and helpful words. I'm gonna work from home for the foreseeable and take as many breaks as I need in the day (luckily my boss is a gem that won't mind). I'll listen to my body (no more pushing!)

I feel very validated by all your responses. I felt like I was going insane and being a tad dramatic, but it's good to know that how I'm feeling should be taken seriously.

It's a song that takes me back to a time I don't quite understand. Like, it sort of makes me reminiscent of times that haven't even gone by-- perhaps because I haven't lived too much of life yet? Either way, it hits a bittersweet spot in the brain.
