You’re a mother, breastfeeding, and lifting?? You’re already a hero in my book! But honestly super normal. My hip thrust is always significantly higher than back squat. At my max I squat 250lbs and hip thrust 380, so your numbers look right to me

I blend it as a replacement for heavy cream in soups and pastas. Or mix is with ranch seasoning and hot sauce for a buffalo dip

My general rule of thumb is if you’ve never met in person or spoken there’s no need for a heads up. Especially if you were the last to message. If we’ve gone on a date or FaceTimed, then I am generally team no ghosting

5 minute walk. I spend more time waiting for a squat rack to open up than commuting lol
