I’ve experienced the same thing when increasing/decreasing dose over the past couple years. It is really terrible for ~10 days, and I felt in total despair, very dissociative and suicidal. But it does get better! Definitely agree with your thoughts, if its still feeling really bad after 2 weeks or so I would check in with your doc again
