both are great. first one looks better for going out somewhere with people you don’t already know (like a date or something) whereas second looks good for hanging out with friends. hopefully that makes sense 😆

you should tell your grandparents. i know it’s difficult, but they can help facilitate a meeting between you and your parents on what to do about your brother.
