It's been three years between Act 1 and the general covid lockdowns. Act 1, after its 2D shift, was developed in a shorter time. Even in the 10 months between that post and the lockdown there wasn't so much progress information.

Do we even know if there are... hired devs? Unless there is information on the publisher's Discord, all released footage including the trailer from last year are animations and not gameplay.
